Firewall in your iPhone
The Firewall IP is a useful program if you get a jail-broken iPhone. It blocks some unwanted traffic and also gives users to log the traffic in and out for monitoring what installed apps do. The logging is a good function but get a bad side-effect. The captured log may bump up to several MB and halt the Firewall IP gui if you open the log. If you encounter this issue, use iFunBox to connect to your iPhone and delete the log file where located as "Raw File System/User/Library/Preferences/com.Yiller.Firewall.Log.txt"
I suggest to capture the traffic by putting Fiddler as a proxy in your PC, and set the proxy server to your PC in iPhone for avoiding this issue if you insist to.
